Leaside Residence
This Leaside home was reimagined from the ground up, with a two-storey addition and full interior rebuild designed to enhance function, longevity, and beauty. Collaborating closely with a highly creative homeowner, we brought a bespoke sensibility to every detail—from custom tile work throughout, to vintage furniture pieces transformed into vanities, to millwork and lighting designed specifically for the space.
A mix of natural materials such as hardwood, marble, and stone grounds the home in warmth and authenticity, while durable porcelain was chosen for high-traffic areas to ensure lasting performance. Every element, from the architectural framework to the smallest finish, was thoughtfully conceived and meticulously executed to create a home that is both distinctive and enduring.
